David Page, Co-Director, Media South Asia Project, Institute of Development Studies, Anita Inder Singh, Fellow at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at the Wolfson College, University of Oxford, Penderel Moon, was an officer in the Inidan Civil Service untilhis resignation in 1943, G.D. Khosla, served in the INdian Civil Serice and retired as the Cheif Justice of Punjab High Court in 1961, and Mushirul Hasan, Professor of Modern Indian History and recently appointed Vice Chancellor of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi
