About the author
Jatashankar R. Tewari is presently Associate Professor in School of Tourism and Hospitality Services Management, Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. Prior to this, he was Assistant Professor, Department of Hotel Management at School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Hotel Management, Uttarakhand Open University, Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
Previously, he was a faculty at the Babu Banarasi Das National Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow. He has been teaching hotel management for several years now, and is also a practicing consultant for establishing new hotels and restaurants.
