मिनी अंग्रेज़ी-हिंदी शब्दकोश ऑक्सफोर्ड द्वारा प्रकाशित अंग्रेज़ी-हिंदी शब्दकोशों की परंपरा पर आधारित एक विशेष शब्दकोश है। इस शब्दकोश का उद्देश्य मूल एवं सामान्य शब्दावली के अतिरिक्त अंग्रेज़ी के प्रचलित शब्दों को सरल एवं सुबोध रूप में प्रस्तुत करना है। इसमें उन शब्दों को भी सम्मिलित करने का प्रयास किया गया है जो आज: विज्ञान एवं तकनीक, प्रिंट एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया, व्यापार-व्यापार आदि के क्षेत्र में प्रचलित होते हैं, जैसे Android, blog, CD, email, GDP, megapixel, tattoo, twitter आदि। इस प्रकार इस शब्दकोश में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से शब्द लिए गए हैं।
इस शब्दकोश में शीर्षकद्वव उपशीर्षकद्वव सहित 20,000 से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ हैं। शीर्षकद्वव की परिभाषा हिन्दी में सरल एवं सहज भाषा में स्पष्ट और बोधगम्य शैली में दी गई है। प्रत्येक प्रविष्टि का उच्चारण सटिक हिंदी में दिया गया है। उदाहरण के साथ ही उनके वाक्य प्रयोग भी दिखाए गए हैं। अंग्रेज़ी शब्दों के संज्ञा, विशेषण, क्रिया आदि रूपांतरों के रूप भी दिए गए हैं। प्रविष्टियों की व्याख्या के साथ ही उनके हिन्दी पर्याय भी दिए गए हैं।

He has also been Professor and Adviser (Language Technology), Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Noida, Ministry of Communication & IT, Govt. of India.
