About the author

G Raghubalan is a consultant, trainer and entrepreneur in the hospitality industry. He is a seasoned professional with more than 33 years, including stints in hotel operations, academics, training, consulting, international recruitment and human resources, before venturing as an entrepreneur.

Smritee Raghubalan is a Bengaluru-based hospitality educator and consultant. She has a professional experience of 23 years, out of which 19 years have been in the academia. She has done her Masters in Home Science and holds the UGC – NET qualification. As an Associate Professor, she has taught and contributed in the field of Accommodation Management in various universities.
