About the author

Rajeev Roy is a Professor of Entrepreneurship at XLRI, Jamshedpur. He was previously associated with Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Raipur, Loyola University Chennai, Maryland, and Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and Ph.D from Utkal University, he is also a startup mentor and has been involved with varied entrepreneurship development activities with governments, institutes, incubators, and accelerators in 14 countries across the world.
