About the author
Carolyn Meyer is Associate Professor in the School of Professional Communication and the Masters of Professional Communication Program at Ryerson University. She is also Undergraduate Program Director in the School of Professional Communication and Vice President (Canada) of the Association for Business Communication.
N. Bringi Dev is former Professor of Practice and Chairperson, Centre for Management Communication, IIM Bangalore (IIMB). He has over 40 years of hands-on experience in corporate entrepreneurship and academic areas. Bringi is currently working as Advisor, IIMB History Project.
