About the authors
Payal B. Joshi is Assistant Professor, Department of Basic Science & Humanities at SVKM's NMIMS, Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering, Mumbai. She has more than a decade’s experience in teaching and research. Dr Joshi has published more than ten research and review papers in reputed national and international journals.
Shashank Deep is Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry, IIT Delhi. Dr Deep has authored several research publications in national and international journals of repute including Nature, Structural Biology, Biochemistry, and Journal of Molecular Biology. He has guided several PhD and MTech students.
