Description
In today’s digital era, literature extends far beyond the printed page, flourishing across blogs, hypertexts, tweets, and visual narratives. New Media Writings offers English undergraduates a concise introduction to this dynamic literary frontier, where traditional notions of authorship, reading, and texts are continuously reshaped. This textbook emphasises the active role of the reader as co-creator in interactive, non-linear storytelling. Through engagement with these varied forms, students cultivate digital literacy while gaining a richer insight into how literature evolves in tandem with technological and cultural shifts. This volume serves as both an academic foundation and a creative stimulus, guiding learners through the vibrant possibilities of contemporary writing in the networked age.
